LLDPE (CAS 9002-88-4) is a thermoplastic resin synthesized by copolymerization of ethylene and α-olefins (such as butene-1, hexene-1) under low pressure. It has a unique linear molecular structure with short side chains, which endows it with excellent toughness, tear resistance and impact resistance, making it one of the most widely used polyolefin plastics in packaging, construction, electronics and daily necessities industries. Our LLDPE products cover film grade, injection grade, extrusion grade and recycled grade, with customizable melt flow index and density, fully meeting the processing requirements of different application scenarios.
 
The core advantage of LLDPE lies in its superior toughness and tear resistance compared with traditional LDPE. Film grade LLDPE has high melt strength and excellent ductility, which is the ideal raw material for producing heavy-duty packaging films, agricultural mulch films and stretch films. The blown film made of LLDPE has 2-3 times higher tear strength and impact resistance than LDPE film, and is not easy to break during transportation and use. It is widely used in packaging of fertilizers, cement, grains and other bulk goods, as well as agricultural mulch films that require long service life. Adding UV stabilizers and antioxidants can further improve the weather resistance of LLDPE films, extending the service life of agricultural mulch films to 2-3 years.
