PP plastic particles are thermoplastic synthetic resin particles, which are made of as the main raw material through polymerization. When uncolored, it is translucent and waxy, and its density is low (0.90-0.91 g/cm). It is one of the lightest varieties of general plastics.

Density: 0.90-0.91gcm, light weight;
Transparency: translucent when uncolored, with high crystallinity and smooth surface;
Fluidity: low melt viscosity and good fluidity, suitable for injection molding.
Chemical and mechanical properties
Corrosion resistance: resistant to acid, alkali, salt and other chemicals, food-grade PP can be used safely;
Mechanical properties: excellent stress cracking resistance, bending fatigue life and hardness, but brittle at low temperature;
Heat resistance: it can be used below 100ºC for a long time, and it will not deform around 150ºC.
